Founder, Principal
Regina McWhite is the Founder and Principal of RMc Consultant + Development Group. She provides owner-side advisory on execution risk, capital alignment, and development strategy. Her approach is influenced by her father's 30-year career building Philadelphia's infrastructure and reinforced through design, manufacturing, and business education--bridges concept, structure, and execution.She holds an MBA, LEED Green Associate, LSSGB, OSHA-30 and MWBE-Certified. She is an active member of USGBC, Green Building United, PWIC, and NYREC.
